How do I edit customer notes?

  • PRICING TIER: All

  • APPOINTMENT VERSION: Single & Multiple


To edit customer notes, find the customer profile within the customer tab.  While in the customer profile, select "Customer Notes".  You will be able to edit or delete specific notes.

    Mirella I recommend submitting a support ticket within the Help section of your account to find out if this is a result of a programming glitch, conflicting settings. Please include a recent example of the issue to help us quickly recreate the issue.

    When groomer slots are full and we try to edit an appointment to ad a appt note, there is an error msg that requires us to override the slot. It is interpreting the transaction as an additional appt vs an edit. Is this a glitch?
