To edit customer notes, find the customer profile within the customer tab. While in the customer profile, select "Customer Notes". You will be able to edit or delete specific notes.

Mirella – I recommend submitting a support ticket within the Help section of your account to find out if this is a result of a programming glitch, conflicting settings. Please include a recent example of the issue to help us quickly recreate the issue.

When groomer slots are full and we try to edit an appointment to ad a appt note, there is an error msg that requires us to override the slot. It is interpreting the transaction as an additional appt vs an edit. Is this a glitch?
