Why can't I see my reports tab?
Running reports can be quite taxing on a server's resources. In order to maintain the integrity of our servers, it is sometimes necessary for us to disable the reporting feature until the load on the server has decreased. The reports tab will be automatically re-enabled when the appropriate server resources are available.

The report tab is necessary for us to run our business, can you enable my report tab ASAP!

This is NOT optimal for those of us who need to print appointment sheets every morning...you are giving my Doctor one more reason to chose a different service...

Lou – We cannot guarantee a specific time-frame as to when the reports tab will available again, however, the interruption typically lasts less than one hour. As always, we are doing our best to reduce all service interruption for all Appointment-Plus users.

We were hoping to use the reports to print out the schedule for the next day. is there a time of day that this tab will be reliably available, I.E. after midnight, before 6am?? Are you working on 'beefing up' the server resources so this doesnt happen at all?

You should note on the page when the reports option is disabled!
